Anti-DET1 Antibody

A polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com, this rabbit-derived IgG antibody is raised against DET1 and supplied unconjugated in liquid form, with the target detected at a molecular weight of 55 kDa.

Validated for Western blotting (WB) and reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, the antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 15-240 of human DET1 (NP_060466.2). It is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500-1:2,000, and concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
