Anti-Desmin Antibody [E18-V]

A rabbit monoclonal antibody targeting desmin, supplied from Antibodies.com as a liquid preparation. Clone E18-V is raised against a peptide derived from the C-terminal sequence of human desmin and recognises the epitope between Glu105 and Pro115. The reagent is of the IgG isotype, is supplied unconjugated, and reactivity has been demonstrated against human samples. Recommended applications include IHC-P and IHC-Fr, with suggested dilutions of 1:100–1:200 for IHC. The formulation consists of Tris Buffered Saline at pH 8.0, supplemented with 20 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide, and the product should be stored at 4°C.
