Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting desmin (DES), offered by Antibodies.com for use in western blotting (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The unconjugated antibody was raised against recombinant human desmin protein and detects endogenous levels of total desmin in human, mouse, and rat samples.
Supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. The antibody has been purified by affinity purification using the immunogen and is shipped at 4°C; aliquots should be stored at -20°C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
