Anti-DES Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Desmin (DES), unconjugated and raised in rabbit. This IgG primary antibody is supplied by Antibodies.com and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 90-470 of human Desmin (NP_001918.3). It is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, at a lot-specific concentration. The target molecular weight is 55 kDa.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:100-1:500, IHC: 1:50-1:200 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Four scientific validation images are available.
