This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against DERL1 (Derlin 1). It is of the IgG isotype, unconjugated, and reactive with human and mouse samples. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) application.
The target, Derlin 1, is localised to the endoplasmic reticulum with a predicted membrane localisation, and exhibits low tissue specificity. The DERL1 gene maps to chromosome 8.
