The DENND1B target is a DENN domain-containing protein that functions as a guanine nucleotide exchange factor for Rab35 GTPase, regulating endosomal membrane trafficking and receptor recycling. This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com was raised in rabbit and is provided as 100 µl of unconjugated antiserum validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence applications on human samples.

DENND1B (also known as FAM31A) has been studied for its role in T-cell receptor signaling, Th2 cytokine release, and as a susceptibility locus in pediatric asthma. Researchers use antibodies targeting this protein to probe endocytic recycling pathways, investigate immune cell signaling cascades, and explore its expression in lymphocyte populations. The unconjugated format allows flexibility in secondary antibody choice and downstream detection chemistries including chromogenic, fluorescent, or HRP-based systems.

For Western blot, the antibody detects endogenous DENND1B in cell lysates, with bands corresponding to the expected molecular weight range. In immunofluorescence, it permits visualization of subcellular localization in endosomal compartments where DENND1B normally operates. Aliquot upon arrival to preserve activity and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles; keep refrigerated for short-term storage.

This reagent is intended for research use only and reacts specifically with human DENND1B. Each vial is quality-controlled to support reproducible results across immunoblotting and imaging workflows in immunology, cell biology, and asthma research applications.
