Anti-Dengue Virus (DENV-NS1) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this purified monoclonal antibody is raised in mouse hosts and is designed to recognize the non-structural protein 1 (NS1) of Dengue Virus, a flavivirus responsible for dengue fever transmitted through Aedes mosquito bites. The reagent is supplied as a 1 mg purified monoclonal antibody in unconjugated form, allowing it to be paired with custom detection chemistries such as HRP, biotin, or fluorophore conjugates in immunoassay development. It is of the IgG1 isotype and has been validated for use in ELISA, Western Blotting (WB), Lateral Flow (LF), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Indirect Immunofluorescence Assay (IFA), enabling flexible integration into diagnostic and research workflows. The antibody specifically detects the NS1 protein conserved across all four Dengue Virus serotypes (DENV-1, DENV-2, DENV-3, and DENV-4), supporting broad reactivity.
