Anti-Dengue Virus (DENV-Env) Antibody

A mouse monoclonal antibody to Dengue Virus (pan NS1) is offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated, purified monoclonal reagent of the IgG2a, kappa isotype. According to the manufacturer, the antibody is validated for ELISA and is also listed for Lateral Flow applications. It is produced in mouse hosts using purified Dengue Virus as the immunogen and recognises all Dengue Virus serotypes.

The reagent shows no reactivity with Zika or Chikungunya viruses. It is purified to greater than 90% by SDS-PAGE and supplied in 15 mM Potassium Phosphate Buffer, pH 7.2, with 0.85% NaCl. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; for short-term storage it should be kept at 4°C, and for long-term use it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
