Anti-Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a mouse monoclonal antibody specific for Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA), supplied as a purified unconjugated reagent. The clone is of the IgG1, kappa isotype and was raised against a DHEA-BSA immunogen.

Validated for ELISA and also listed for Lateral Flow applications, the antibody is designated for in vitro diagnostic (IVD) use. Cross-reactivity has been characterised as 100% for DHEA-3-sulfate and 10% for DHEA, with overall purity reported as greater than 90%.

The product is formulated in 15 mM potassium phosphate buffer, pH 7.2, containing 0.85% NaCl. It is shipped at 4°C and is suitable for short-term storage at 4°C; for long-term storage it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
