Anti-Defensin α4 (D27) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Defensin α4 and is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). Raised in rabbit, the unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of human Defensin α4 and detects endogenous levels of the Defensin α4 protein. It reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples, and the target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 11 kDa. Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, the preparation shows a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
