Description
A polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets human DEFB4. Supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% glycerol, the reagent has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC).
The immunogen is recombinant full-length human DEFB4, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of DEFB4 protein. The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 8 kDa. Two scientific validation images accompany the product.
