Anti-DEFB132 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against DEFB132, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The unconjugated antibody is produced in rabbit and purified by affinity purification using the immunogen, a recombinant protein of human DEFB132. It is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The isotype is IgG.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, the antibody detects endogenous levels of total DEFB132 protein and is reactive with human and mouse samples.
