Anti-DEFB121 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit, targets DEFB121. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. It is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with recommended working dilutions of 1:50–1:100 for IHC and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–76 of human DEFB121 (NP_001011878.1) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. Three scientific validation images support the reagent. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
