Anti-DDX58 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targeting DDX58 (also known as RIG-I), supplied unconjugated and reactive with human samples. The reagent is listed for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunoprecipitation (IP), with WB specifically validated by the manufacturer.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 830 to the C-terminus of human RIG-I/DDX58 (NP_055129.2). The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The reported molecular weight is 107 kDa, and the recommended dilution for WB is 1:2,000–1:4,000.
