Anti-DDX58 Antibody

This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets DDX58, also known as RIG-I, a cytoplasmic DExD/H-box helicase that recognizes viral double-stranded RNA and activates the MAVS-dependent type I interferon signaling cascade. Raised in rabbit and purified as an unconjugated IgG, the antibody is supplied at 100 µl and validated for Western blot detection of the endogenous target in human and mouse samples.
