Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets DDX55 (also known as ATP-dependent RNA helicase DDX55, DEAD box protein 55, or KIAA1595) and is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen — a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human DDX55 — and is provided unconjugated for flexible assay design. It is validated for ELISA, Western blot (WB), and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and it has been confirmed to react with Human and Mouse samples, detecting endogenous levels of the DDX55 protein. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. Intended strictly for research use, this polyclonal primary antibody is a practical choice for laboratories investigating RNA-helicase biology and DDX55-related pathways across human and murine model systems.
