Anti-DDX52 Antibody

Polyclonal rabbit antibody raised against human DDX52, an ATP-dependent RNA helicase of the DEAD-box family that participates in ribosomal RNA processing and ribosome biogenesis. Provided as 100 µl of unconjugated antiserum, the reagent is intended for western blot detection of endogenous DDX52 in human cell lysates, immunohistochemistry on fixed tissue sections, and ELISA-based protocols. Validated specifically for human samples, this antibody fits studies of RNA metabolism, nucleolar function, and the reported involvement of DDX52 in proliferative disorders such as multiple myeloma and colorectal carcinoma.
