Anti-DDX47 Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against DDX47. It is of the IgG isotype, unconjugated, and has been validated for use in western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. Reactivity has been confirmed in human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 186–455 of human DDX47 (NP_057439.2), with the target protein reported at a molecular weight of 50 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; on arrival, the antibody should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
