Anti-DDX41 Antibody

DDX41 is a DEAD-box family RNA helicase that participates in pre-mRNA splicing within the spliceosome and acts as a cytosolic DNA sensor that triggers STING-TBK1-IRF3 signaling during antiviral responses. Germline and somatic variants in DDX41 are recurrently linked to hereditary myelodysplastic syndromes and acute myeloid leukemia, making reliable detection of this target useful for hematology research, tumor biology, and immunology investigations.

For handling, store the glycerol-containing formulation at -20 °C in working aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles and protect the antibody from light.
