Anti-DDX39B Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targeting DDX39B (also referred to as UAP56), raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 319-428 of human UAP56/DDX39B (NP_004631.1). The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography.

Validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The reported molecular weight of the target is 49 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500-1:2,000, IHC 1:100-1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50-1:200; concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
