Anti-DDX24 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to DDX24, available through Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation raised in rabbit. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 510–859 of human DDX24 (NP_065147.1).

Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:200–1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The antibody is affinity-purified and supplied in liquid form in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The target has a reported molecular weight of 120 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
