Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified against a recombinant human DDX20 immunogen, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is engineered to detect endogenous levels of the DDX20 protein across a broad range of experimental systems. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4 with 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. For short-term transport the vial is shipped at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored long-term at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. Validated applications on the supplier datasheet include Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reactivity has been confirmed in human, mouse, and rat samples, making the reagent well suited to comparative studies in cell lines and primary tissue. As a polyclonal, the antiserum targets multiple epitopes on DDX20, supporting robust signal in detection assays, and the unconjugated format gives laboratories full flexibility to couple the primary to their preferred secondary reporter or label. Routine use cases include confirming DDX20 expression in knockdown or overexpression models, profiling its distribution in fixed-cell imaging workflows, and screening lysates by immunoblotting under standard reducing conditions. Each lot is released under Antibodies.com's research-use-only designation, and bulk or custom packaging options are available for higher-throughput programs.
