Anti-DDX20 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against DEAD-box helicase 20 (DDX20), this polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets an ATP-dependent RNA helicase also known as DP103 and Gemin3. DDX20 is a core constituent of the survival motor neuron (SMN) complex, where it contributes to small nuclear ribonucleoprotein (snRNP) assembly, spliceosomal snRNA maturation, and the biogenesis of nuclear Gemini of Cajal bodies (gems). The protein has been linked to microRNA processing, transcriptional regulation, and pathways studied in spinal muscular atrophy research.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows, the unconjugated reagent cross-reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting comparative work across widely used model systems.
