Anti-DDX20 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against DDX20, this unconjugated polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the DEAD-box helicase 20 protein, also known as DP103 or Gemin3, a core component of the survival motor neuron (SMN) complex that drives spliceosomal snRNP assembly and contributes to transcriptional co-repressor activity in the nucleus.

The reagent is supplied as a 100 µl volume at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and has been validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry across human, mouse, and rat samples. Its glycerol-based formulation allows storage at -20 degrees C in working aliquots, limiting freeze-thaw exposure of the antibody stock during routine use.
