Anti-DDX19B (V38) Antibody

The DEAD-box RNA helicase DDX19B (homologous to yeast Dbp5) drives nuclear mRNA export through the TREX complex and has been implicated in HIV-1 replication and translation regulation. This rabbit polyclonal reagent, raised against a defined epitope of human DDX19B, is supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (approx. pH 7.2) containing 0.05% sodium azide.

Recommended applications are western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against human and mouse samples.
