Anti-DDX18 Antibody

The Antibodies.com Anti-DDX18 Antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against the DEAD-box RNA helicase DDX18, an ATP-dependent enzyme predominantly localized to the nucleolus. DDX18 contributes to ribosome biogenesis and broader RNA metabolism processes, including ribosomal RNA processing and pre-mRNA splicing, making this antibody a useful reagent for studies of nucleolar function, RNA helicase activity, and cellular stress responses in human, mouse, and rat model systems. Supplied as a 100 µl liquid aliquot of unconjugated IgG, the antibody is validated for western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, enabling detection of endogenous DDX18 in cell lysates and visualization of its nucleolar distribution in fixed cells.
