Anti-DDX1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting the DDX1 protein, supplied by Antibodies.com, is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 441–740 of human DDX1 (NP_004930.1) and was affinity-purified. The reported molecular weight of the target protein is 100 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for both immunohistochemistry and ICC/IF. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
