Anti-DDT Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting DDT, offered by Antibodies.com as a Primary Antibody for Western Blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and has been validated for reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–118 of human DDT (NP_001346.1), and the antibody is purified by affinity purification and supplied as a liquid. Formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The recommended dilution for WB is 1:200–1:2,000. The target protein has a molecular weight of 13 kDa.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is lot specific. For research use only.
