Anti-DDR2 Antibody

A Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against DDR2, offered by Antibodies.com and validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is supplied as a liquid preparation.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 290–400 of human DDR2 (NP_001014796.1). The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. The target protein has a molecular weight of 110 kDa. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific, and one scientific validation image is provided.
