Anti-DDR1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and purified by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets the DDR1 receptor tyrosine kinase. The antibody was generated against a synthesized peptide derived from human DDR1 around the non-phosphorylation site of Y796, and it specifically detects endogenous levels of DDR1 protein. It is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a concentration of 1 mg/mL, and is provided unconjugated. Validated applications include Western blot (WB) and ELISA, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples. For best stability, the vial should be aliquoted upon delivery and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
