Anti-DDOST Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit against DDOST, supplied as a liquid preparation. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated by the manufacturer for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and cross-reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC: 1:100–1:200. The immunogen corresponds to amino acids 40–300 of human DDOST (NP_005207.2). The target has a molecular weight of 54 kDa, and the antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. Concentration is reported as lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquots should be stored at −20°C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
