Anti-DDIT4 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting DDIT4 (also known as REDD-1), available from Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and reacts with human samples. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and has been KO validated.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-232 of human DDIT4 (NP_061931.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 32 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity purification. The recommended WB dilution is 1:500-1:1,000.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Two scientific validation images are provided.
