Anti-DDB2 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab175409)

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises DDB2 and is supplied as a liquid, unconjugated reagent. Raised in rabbit and of the IgG isotype, it reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–315 of human DDB2 (NP_000098.1), and the antibody has been purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a molecular weight of 48 kDa. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a lot-specific concentration. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The reagent is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
