Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified against a synthetic peptide of human DDB1, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The unconjugated antibody is validated for western blotting, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence and immunohistochemistry, and it detects the endogenous level of total DDB1 in human, mouse and rat samples.
