Anti-DDAH1 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com was raised in rabbit and is reactive with human DDAH1 for Western blot and immunofluorescence workflows. DDAH1 (Dimethylarginine Dimethylaminohydrolase 1) is a key intracellular enzyme that metabolizes asymmetric dimethylarginine (ADMA), an endogenous inhibitor of nitric oxide synthase, and it plays a central role in regulating nitric oxide bioavailability in vascular, renal, and neural tissues. Each vial delivers 100 µl of unconjugated antiserum, giving researchers the flexibility to apply their own HRP-, fluorophore-, or biotin-based detection chemistry without stripping an existing conjugate.
