Anti-DDAH1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, a rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against DDAH1 (dimethylarginine dimethylaminohydrolase 1) and supplied unconjugated in a liquid formulation. The reagent is of the IgG isotype, reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, and is validated for Western blot, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence and immunoprecipitation.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–285 of human DDAH1 (NP_036269.1). The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot, 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF and 1:50–1:200 for immunoprecipitation. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon receipt and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

A second polyclonal antibody, raised against a synthetic peptide derived from internal residues of human DDAH1 and supplied at 3.1 mg/mL in PBS (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% sodium azide, is validated for WB and IHC. A recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone 25GB2995), raised against a synthesized peptide from human DDAH1, is reactive with human samples only and is recommended at 1:1,000–1:5,000 for Western blot and 1:200–1:2,000 for flow cytometry; it is supplied in PBS (pH 7.4) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.
