Anti-DCTN1 Antibody

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 945-1139 of human DCTN1 (NP_001128513.1). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Concentration is lot specific. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IP: 1:50-1:100. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
