Anti-DCN Antibody

An affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com, raised against Decorin and validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence. The unconjugated IgG antibody is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples and is supplied as a liquid formulation.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 71-280 of Decorin (NP_001911.1). The product is provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with a reported molecular weight of 45 kDa. Concentration is reported as lot specific. The reagent is shipped at 4°C; upon arrival, aliquots should be stored at -20°C and freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
