Anti-DCLK1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets DCAMKL1 (DCLK1). It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and supplied as a liquid preparation. The antibody is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 590-740 of DCAMKL1/DCLK1 (NP_001317000.1). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 82 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. It is shipped at 4°C and on arrival should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200.
