Anti-DCK Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a recombinant human DCK immunogen and is designed to detect endogenous levels of total DCK (deoxycytidine kinase; also known as deoxyadenosine kinase / deoxyguanosine kinase, EC 2.7.1.113 and EC 2.7.1.76). Supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL aliquot, the unconjugated antibody is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. It is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry / immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and it cross-reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, making it suitable for a wide range of cell and tissue-based studies. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
