Anti-DCK Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to DCK, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-260 of human DCK (NP_000779.1) and purified by affinity chromatography.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500-1:2,000, IHC 1:50-1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50-1:200, and the product is supported by 3 scientific validation images. The reagent is provided as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a target molecular weight of 31 kDa.
