Anti-DCC (F465) Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 450–500 of human DCC. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and is intended for use as a primary antibody.

This DCC (F465) antibody detects endogenous levels of the target protein and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 158 kDa, and the antibody purity exceeds 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE following affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.
