Anti-DCC Antibody

A Rabbit polyclonal unconjugated antibody raised against DCC, offered by Antibodies.com within its Primary Antibodies range. The reagent is generated in Rabbit and has been validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is supplied at a concentration of 1 mg/mL and is accompanied by one scientific validation image.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human DCC, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of DCC protein. Purification is performed by affinity-chromatography from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen. The product is formulated as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. It ships at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
