Anti-DCAF7 Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targeting DCAF7, also known as WDR68. Raised in rabbit and supplied unconjugated, the reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–342 of human DCAF7 (NP_005819.3), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 39 kDa.

Validated by the manufacturer for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200.
