Anti-DBN1 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a recombinant human DBN1 (Drebrin) immunogen and is offered at the 50 µl pack size at a protein concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The antibody is unconjugated and has been validated for Western blotting, with a recommended working dilution of 1:500 – 1:2000, and for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against endogenous levels of total human DBN1. Purification is carried out by affinity chromatography on the immunogen, and the product is supplied in a ready-to-use phosphate-buffered saline formulation at pH 7.4 (without Mg²⁺ or Ca²⁺), containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide as a preservative, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. For routine handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve antibody activity.
