Anti-DBI Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab196485)

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against DBI. It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form and is intended for use on human samples. The antibody is validated for Western blot and immunoprecipitation.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–114 of human DBI (NP_001171513.1), and the reagent has been affinity-purified. It is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 12 kDa.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for both Western blot and immunoprecipitation. Concentration is reported as lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C on arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
