Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against DBI and is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF). The unconjugated reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
The immunogen is recombinant full length Human DBI, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of DBI protein, with an apparent molecular weight of ~10 kDa. It has been affinity-purified using epitope-specific immunogen to a purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE, and is of the IgG isotype.
