Anti-DBH Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against dopamine beta-hydroxylase (DBH), the enzyme that converts dopamine to norepinephrine and serves as a classical marker for noradrenergic and adrenergic neurons. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid aliquot at 1 mg/mL, formulated in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol to preserve activity and protect against microbial contamination; under these conditions the product is stable when stored frozen at –20 °C and protected from repeated freeze-thaw cycles. It is unconjugated, allowing investigators to choose their own detection chemistry or to pair it with secondary reagents of choice, and the lot has an estimated purity greater than 95% as judged by affinity-chromatographic purification.
