Anti-DBH Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Dopamine beta Hydroxylase (DBH), supplied as an unconjugated IgG by Antibodies.com. The antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and has been validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 150-250 of human DBH (NP_000778.3). The target has a reported molecular weight of 79 kDa. The recommended Western blot dilution is 1:500-1:1,000. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
