Anti-DBC1 (3G4) Antibody

A mouse monoclonal IgG1 clone 3G4 from Antibodies.com that recognizes the DBC1/CCAR2 nuclear protein, supplied as a 100 µl purified preparation in 0.1 M Tris-glycine buffer (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.2% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. DBC1, also annotated as CCAR2, is a multifunctional nuclear regulator implicated in SIRT1 inhibition, estrogen receptor corepression, mRNA splicing, and p53-dependent apoptosis pathways. This unconjugated primary antibody is validated for Western blot, immunocytochemistry, and immunoprecipitation workflows and has been tested for reactivity with human, mouse, rat, and monkey samples, supporting comparative cell biology studies and cancer research pipelines where endogenous DBC1 levels or its interaction partners are interrogated.
